Shipping Policy

STANDARD SHIPPING

All eCommerce Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, UPS Ground Saver, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage. For most orders of 3 bags of coffee or more we ship for free. All other orders are charged a flat rate. We do not guarantee any delivery transit times. For most carriers transit times are as follows:

1-4 Day Delivery

North Carolina

South Carolina

Georgia

3-5 Day Delivery

All other states except those listed below

4-6 Day Delivery

California

Oregon

Washington State

No transit times are guaranteed by Reel Fishing Roasters (RFR) and are subject to all terms and conditions of the individual carrier. The transit times shown above are for illustration purposes only and do not imply any guarantee of service.

HANDLING TIME

Orders received Monday through Thursday are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours after receipt. For orders received after 12:00 PM on Friday along with Saturday and Sunday those orders are normally processed and shipped the following Monday.

HANDLING FEES

Reel Fishing Roasters does not charge any handling or packaging fees for orders placed through our ecommerce site www.reelfishingroasters.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, RFR does not offer any international shipping to any country outside of the United States of America. We do offer shipping and rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
